   1      tablespoon    Sugar
   1 1/2  teaspoons     -Salt
   2 3/4  cups          Bread flour
   1      tablespoon    Gluten
   1      tablespoon    Lecithin
   1 1/2  teaspoons     Red Star Bread Machine yeast

It toasts well and tastes good. 
 You have to try this to believe it.
  Please don't try to make a larger loaf or you'll be cleaning it off the window!
