In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except the olive oil and butter sauce. Blend well. Arrange 6 shrimp neatly on each of 4 skewers so that they lie flat. Brush both sides with olive oil. Place shrimp on grill or under the broiler about 4 inches from heat source. Cook for about 2min. and turn. Continue grilling for about 2 min, more.
