* Exported from MasterCook * Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fish Mixes Sauces Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 Salmon fillets -- 6 oz. each Oil Salt 1/8 teaspoon Fresh pepper -----DILL SAUCE----- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried dill (o 2 T. fresh) 2 tablespoons Parsley -- minced 1 Scallion -- minced 1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground white pepper Coat the salmon fillets lightly with oil and season with S & P. Grill over white carcoal fire or under a broiler, turning once until salmon is just cooked, about 8-10 minutes. DILL SAUCE: Combine mayonnaise and sour cream, dill, parsley, scallion,, lemon juice, S & P. Serve the sauce on the side. *NOTE: If you want to fancy this up, bone the salmon steaks and for each pair of halves into a round so it looks like a filet mignon .
