Set aside. Beat the eggs slightly. Add the milk and stir. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Add to the egg/milk mixture and mix together well. Mix in the rhubarb. Pour rhubarb custard mixture into pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover pie with lattice crust. Bake at 400` for 50 to 60 minutes, til lightly browned.
