Do You Have a Favorite Praise Song?

Would you like to share it with your Christian sisters and brothers?

We are interested in expanding our music repertoire and are asking for your assistance.

Q: WHY?

A: We now have a copyright license which allows us to do so, legally.

When we adopted the Alleluia II book as our "soul" source of music, we eliminated some songs that used to be sung in PA Cursillo, and perhaps we eliminated your favorite.

Songs are prayers which we use to sing God’s praise and sing about the messages He has to convey to us. Do we limit the number of prayers we pray?

Please give some thought to the songs you would like to be able to do at Cursillo functions. Perhaps you have been to Cursillo in another diocese and have a favorite song from that experience, or a hymnal tune, or something from your childhood. Pass this suggestion on by one of the methods below. (A copy of the music with notes and chords would be appreciated, but don’t let it stop you if you can’t do that, we will try to help in this area). A group of interested people will compile the list, and put together a supplemental songbook to be used IN ADDITION TO ALLELUIA II (still our main hymnal). If a large number of songs are submitted, a limit may have to be set. If you are interested in participating in this process, indicate this as well by the methods below. Thank you.
