For a Weekend Team Member:
When you go to an event as a presenter rather than a student, you step outside the bounds of the ConEd fund. The Assistant Rector of a weekend is responsible for handling finances, so mention your need as early as possible. We've seen every possible solution used. Sometimes a team member or several team members will cover the fee. Sometimes the team members are asked to kick in an extra $8.00 to $10.00 to cover the fee of "a team member" (your name doesn't have to be used). Sometimes it's kicked upstairs to the Secretariat.
For the NEC Annual National Seminar or an ECLW:
Participants in these events are eligible for the same financial aid as a weekend Candidate.
