   1      c             Elbow macaroni -- cook
   1       cn           Rotel tomatoes w/chiles
   1      cn            Tomatoes
   1      c             Bread crumbs
   1      c             Green pepper -- dice
   1      t             Worcestershire sauce
     1/4  ts            Salt
   1      d             Pepper
     1/2  lb            American cheese -- grate

  Into drained pasta, stir remaining ingredients, except    
  1/2 of the cheese and place in a greased casserole.       
  Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350~ for 30 to    
  40 minutes.
