                             Irish Casserole

     1/2  cup           Onion -- chopped
     1/3  cup           Green onions -- chopped
     1/4  cup           Mushrooms; sliced -- (4-oz can)
   3      tablespoons   Margarine
   6                    To 8 weiners -- (depending
                        size of family) cut into -- 1/2" slices
   1      package       Green beans -- frozen cut
					
   2      cups          To 4 cup mashed potatoes -- (you can use instant
                        you wish)
     1/2  cup           Cheese -- grated

Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in margarine about 5 minutes. 
Add weiners, brown lightly.  Remove from heat; add beans. 
Stir hot mashed potatoes into weiner-bean mixture, mixing well. 
Sprinkle cheese over mixture. 
 Bake a 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
