Preheat oven to 425~. IN medium bowl, combine 2-1/2 c flour, salt, baking powder and 1/3 c sugar. With a pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir gently until just blended. The dough will have lumps, but these will dissolve during baking. Combine fruit, 1 c sugar and 2 tb flour; toss well. Pour fruit mixture into 13x9 baking dish. Using 2 spoons, randomly place dollops of dough on fruit. Sprinkle with 2 tb sugar. To help catch spills, place baking dish on top of cookie sheet in oven.
