* Exported from MasterCook * Wild Blueberry Crumb Pie Recipe By : The Maine Wild Blueberry Cookbook Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pies & Pastry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 10" unbaked pie crust -----FILLING----- 7 cups blueberries 1/3 cup light brown sugar -- firmly packed 2 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon flour mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar -----CRUMB TOPPING----- 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup light brown sugar -- firmly packed 1/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon pinch salt 4 ounces unsalted butter -- room temperature Preheat oven to 400 degrees. FOR FILLING: Sprinkle the mixed tablespoons of flour ans sugar over the unbaked pie crust. Mix together the blueberry filling ingredients and spoon into the prepared pie crust. FOR TOPPING: Combine pecans, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl and mix together. Blend in butter until mixture is crumbly. Crumble over blueberry filling.
