Mix together margarine, Crisco, hot water and 4 tablespoons cocoa in a saucepan over high heat on the stove. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Add flour and sugar. Beat in eggs, buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Pour into a greased 15x10x1-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. After cake cools for 15 minutes, prepare frosting. Frosting. In a saucepan over high heat bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil. Take off stove and add confectioners' sugar. Mix well and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and chopped pecans.
