                                Amish Cake

   2                    eggs
   2      cups          sugar
   1      large can     crushed pineapple
   2      cups          flour
   1      teaspoon      baking soda
   1      teaspoon      vanilla extract
   1      cup           walnuts -- chopped
                        FROSTING (TOPPING)
   1      12 oz cnt     Cool Whip
   1      small pkg     vanilla instant pudding mix
   1      large can     crushed pineapple

 AMISH CAKE   Beat the eggs and sugar together.
 Add the rest of the ingredients.
 Using a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan,
 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done. 

FROSTING (TOPPING)    Mix all ingredients together.
 Blend together, and frost well-cooled cake.
