                            Decorator Frosting

   8      cups          Sifted powdered sugar
   2      cups          Shortening
     3/4  cup           Milk
   2      teaspoons     Vanilla extract
   1      teaspoon      Almond extract
                        Paste food coloring

birthday. Combine all ingredients except food coloring in a mixing bowl;
 beat at low speed of an electric mixer until blended. 
Then beat at high speed 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. 
Color as desired with food coloring. Yield:  8 cups.
