   9      tablespoons   Brown sugar
   6      tablespoons   Margarine
   3      tablespoons   Milk
                        Powdered sugar

Combine brown sugar, margarine, and milk together in saucepan.
 Bring to a boil, boil for a minute. Remove from heat. Cool,
 Add enough powdered sugar to make it spreading consistency. Frost cake.
