                         Never Fail Caramel Icing

   1      cup           Brown sugar
   5      tablespoons   Oleo
     1/4  cup           Milk
   1      teaspoon      Vanilla
   1      cup           Powdered sugar -- +/-

Cook brown sugar, oleo, and milk 3 minutes. Set aside and cool. Add vanilla.
 Add powdered sugar gradually; may require slightly more or less.
