                           Never Fail Frosting

   1 1/2  cups          Sugar
   6      tablespoons   Butter
   6      tablespoons   Milk
  25                    Miniature marshmallows
     1/2  cup           Chocolate chips
     1/2  teaspoon      Vanilla

Bring sugar, oleo and milk to full boil and boil 1 minute. 
Take off stove and add marshmallows, chocolate chips,
 and vanilla and beat till right consistency. Spread on cake.
