                    Orange Cocoa Cream Cheese Frosting

   1      Pkg           Cream Cheese, (8 Oz) -- softened
   1      Tsp           Orange Extract
     1/4  C             Triple Sec Or Other Orange-Flavor Liqueur
     3/4  Cup           Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
   3 1/2  C             Powdered Sugar

In a medium bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese with an electric
mixer on low speed until smooth. Add orange extract, Triple Sec, and
cocoa; beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat on high speed until
smooth and fluffy.
