                      Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

   6      ounces        Semi sweet choc chips
   4      tablespoons   Butter
     1/2  cup           Dairy sour cream
   1      teaspoon      Vanilla
     1/4  teaspoon      Salt
   2 1/2  cups          Powdered sugar

Melt one 6-oz package of semisweet chocolate chips and 4
 Tbls of butter or regular margarine over  low heat.
 Remove from the heat and blend in 1/2 cup of dairy sour cream, 
1 Tsp Vanilla extract and 1/4 Tsp Salt
. Gradually add enough sifted powdered sugar (2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups)
 to reach a spreading consistency.  Beat well.
