                           Vanilla Icing/Crisco

   3      Cups          icing sugar
     1/2  Cup           Crisco Shortening
     1/3  Cup           milk
     1/3  Cup           cake and pastry flour
     1/4  Tsp           salt
     3/4  Tsp           vanilla

   1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 
 2. Beat at a low speed with an electric mixer for
 about 45 seconds or until blended. 
 3. Increase speed to high and beat for 3 to 5 minutes
 or until smooth and creamy. 
 Fills and frosts two 8-inch  or 9-inch  layers, or frosts a
9 x 13-inch cake.
