Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Combine sour cream, flavorings and Brandy. Alternately add flour and sour cream to butter mixture; blend well. Pour into greased and lightly floured large tube pan. Bake at 325~ for 80-90 minutes.
