* Exported from MasterCook * Oriental Rice Casserole Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :1:00 Categories : Casseroles Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound ground beef 1 cup celery -- chopped 1 cup onions -- chopped 1 can mushrooms -- 4 ounce 1 can waterchestnuts -- 8 oz/slice 1 can bamboo shoots -- 8 oz/drain 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 beef bouillon cubes 2 cups hot water 3/4 cup rice Brown beef, celery, and onions. Drain off excess fat. Mix in mushrooms, waterchestnuts, bamboo shoots and soy sauce. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water, stir in mushrooms soup. Add to beef mixture.
