Add cheese and allow to melt. Saute bell pepper and onions in butter and add to sauce. Add remaining ingredients except noodles, crumbs and oil. Place noodles in casserole and mix 1/2 sauce into noodles. Pour remaining sauce on top. Cover with crumbs and drizzle olive oil on top.
