Cook and drain pasta. Toss pasta and vegetables together, gently. pour remaining ingredients into a saucepan and whisk together until well blended. Pour sauce over angel hair pasta or linguine that has been tossed with steamed vegetables, consisting of sliced carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini & yellow squash (seeds removed), snap peas, snow peas, red bell pepper; you name the vegetable, you can put it in there! For special effect, cut each slice of carrot into a flower shape. For the zucchini, take a huge one, cut off a 1/8" thick slicei and cut other shaped pieces from it.
