                          Impossible Italian Pie

     1/2  Pound         Bulk Italian sausage
   2      Cups          Milk
   4                    Eggs
   1      Cup           Mozzarella -- shredded
   1      Cup           Bisquick

    Heat oven to 400~. Grease 10" pie plate. 
 Cook and stir sausage in skillet until no longer pink, about 15 minutes; drain.
 Sprinkle sausage and cheese into plate.
 Mix remain- ing ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater
. Pour into plate.
 Bake until inserted knife comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
 Cool 5 minutes.
