                     Orlando's Sicilian Baked Sausage

   1                    Red bell pepper -- julienned
   1                    Green bell pepper -- julienned
   2                    Onions -- sliced
   2                    Medium potatoes -- Large chunks
  28      ounces        Canned tomatoes -- Diced with juice
   1 1/2  pounds        Italian sausage -- Cut into 2" pieces
   2      tablespoons   Dried basil
                        Salt and pepper to taste.

Combine all ingredients in large covered casserole and bake in a 350F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
 Do not add any water
