* Exported from MasterCook * Turkey Parmesan Casserole Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Casseroles Italian Pasta Turkey Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound Turkey breast; slice thin -- flattened Italian bread crumbs 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese -- shredded 1 pound Spiral pasta -- cook al dente 28 ounces Spaghetti sauce -- your fave 1 teaspoon Garlic cloves -- crushed 1/4 cup Triple sec 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese Soak turkey in water for a few minutes; dip each piece in bread crumbs. Quickly saute 1-2 minutes on each side in a small amount of oil; remove and set aside until all turkey is finished. Heat spaghetti sauce, garlic and triple sec in a saucepan. Spread a little of the sauce in a 9x13" pan, then place cooked pasta in pan. Pour 2/3 of the remaining sauce evenly over pasta. Place turkey pieces over pasta. Top with mozzarella cheese and pour remaining sauce over all. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 350~ for 20-30 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
