                      Impossible Tortilla Casserole

   6                    8" flour tortillas
   1      pound         Ground beef
   1      medium        Onion -- chopped
   1      package       Taco seasoning mix
   8      ounces        Tomato sauce
   2      cups          Cheddar cheese -- shredded
   1 1/4  cups          Milk
   3                    Eggs
   1      cup           Bisquick

Heat oven to 375~. Grease 9x13" pan. Line pan with flour tortillas,
 bringing edges of tortillas up even with edges of pan.
 Cook ground beef and onion in 10" skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
 Stir in taco mix (dry) and tomato sauce. Spoon beef mix into pan.
 Sprinkle with the cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and baking mix on high
 speed of blender, or with wire whisk for 1 minute, until smooth.
 Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes or until tested done.
 Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve with chopped tomato, shredded lettuce, and sour cream.
