                         Spanish Squash Casserole

   1      package       Spanish Quick Brown Rice -- - (uncooked)
   1      medium        Squash (of choice)
   1      medium        Bell pepper -- chopped
   1      pound         Stewed tomatoes -- OR...
   4                    -Fresh tomatoes
     1/4  teaspoon      chili powder
                        salt and pepper -- to taste

Mix all ingredients in an oiled 9 x 13 baking dish. 
 Cover tightly with aluminum foil or tight fitting baking dish lid. 
 Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. or until squash is tender.
