* Exported from MasterCook * Dynamite Chili Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Tex-Mex Beef Main Dish Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 Brown Onions 12 Heads of Garlic 6 (27 oz) cans Green Chilies 1 gallon Tomato Sauce 5 Bottles Anchor Steam Beer 1/2 cup Brown sugar 8 ounces Fresh Ginger 5 pounds Lean Beef 5 pounds Lean pork 5 Squares cooking Chocolate 3/4 cup Whole Cumin 1/2 cup Oregano 1/2 cup New Mexico Chile powder 1/4 cup Whole Coriander 4 tablespoons Cinnamon 3/4 cup Paprika 6 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper 5 pounds Black Beans 6 Bay leaves 6 Pasilla Chilies Chop garlic and onions. Saute' in olive oil until transparent. Cook black beans with pasilla chilies and bay leaves. Chop ginger and green chilies and add to pot. Add tomato sauce and beer. Add freshly ground spices. Brown meat, drain off fat, and add to pot. Add chocolate as it simmers. Add beans during last of simmering. Add salt to taste.
