                          Bisquick Peach Cobbler

   1      cup           sugar
   1      cup           bisquick baking mix
   1      cup           milk
   1                    stick butter or margarine
   2      cans          sliced peaches -- 16 oz ea
                        or 1 (29 oz.) can

  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter, and pour into a 9X13-inch baking dish.
 Mix sugar, Bisquick and milk thoroughly. Pour over the melted butter in the baking dish.
 Drain the peaches. Place peach slices evenly in baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon. 

 You may add more peaches than called for.
