F. 1. Put peaches in bottom of an 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake in oven until peaches start to simmer. Mix together the sugar and the 3 tablespoons of flour and sprinkle over peaches. Add melted butter. 2. Put remaining flour into a bowl; add salt and shortening and work with finger tips until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal. Mix in water to form a stiff dough. 3.
