     2/3  cup           Tomato juice
     1/4  cup           Red wine -- or
                        grape juice
                        -----FOR CHICKEN OR PORK-----
     1/2  cup           Soy sauce
     1/2  cup           Pineapple juice
     1/4  cup           White wine -- or
                        grape juice

Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate steaks or chicken
 up to 24 hours in the fridge.
