                               Easter Eggs

  12      Pieces        Cheesecloth -- 6" Square

Wrap the eggs in onion skins so that you get all the different colors
against the egg. Wrap a piece of cheesecloth around each egg to hold the
onion skins in place. Secure with string. Put the eggs in a saucepan and
cover with water. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 12 mins. Remove
from heat and let the eggs sit in the water until they are cool. Unwrap and
refrigerate.
