                         Bluenose Strawberry Soup

   2      cups          Sliced strawberries
   2      tablespoons   Brandy
   1      cup           Sour cream
     1/2  teaspoon      Vanilla extract
   1      cup           Half and half
                        Extra sliced strawberries and mint sprigs
     1/4  cup           Sugar

Blend strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, brandy and vanilla until smooth,
 about 30-45 seconds.  Serve in chilled c and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprigs.
