                           Teriyaki Pork Chops

   1      cup           Soy sauce
     3/4  cup           Water
     1/2  cup           Vermouth -- sweet
     1/2  cup           Honey
   4                    Garlic cloves -- pressed
                        Ginger root, fresh;grated -- 1"
   8                    Pork chops

Combine first 6 ingredients.  POur marinade over chops; marinate overnight in refrigerator.

 Grill chops 5 inches from heat 15 to 20 minutes; baste with marinade.
 Turn and grill an additional 20 minutes or until done, basting occasionally.
