Combine butter and dill. Brush potatoes with dill butter and season to taste with salt. Put anchovies, then halibut on top of potatoes, brush with more dill butter and season to taste with salt. Arrange corn around fish. Top fish with sprig of dill. Seal top and sides of foil. Place on grill over hot coals and cook until fish flakes easily with fork and potatoes are tender, 30 to 45 minutes. Timing will depend upon heat of coals and whether fish package has been iced or refrigerated.
