Add fish, turning to coat. cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour turning fish occasionally. --TO GRILL Remove fish from marinade and arrange on grill rack directly above medium coals' reserve marinade. Grill, uncovered, 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning once and brushing often with marinade during cooking. Discard remaining marinade.
