* Exported from MasterCook * One Bowl Brownies Recipe By : Holiday Desserts (Bakers, Diamond, Jell-O) Serving Size : 24 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Brownies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 squares Unsweetened chocolate 3/4 cup Margarine or butter -- (1 1/2 sticks) 2 cups Sugar 3 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Flour 1 1/2 cups Chopped walnuts Heat oven to 350~ (325~ for glass baking dish). Microwave chocolate and margarine in large microwavable bowl on High 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended. Mix eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and walnuts until well blended. Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan. Cut into squares. Makes 24 fudgy brownies. NOTE: For a festive twist, cut brownies into holiday shapes with metal cookie cutters. For easy cutting and removal, bake in a greased foil-lined pan.
