Butter an 8" square pan. Over low heat, melt together butter and chocolate; set aside. In a medium bowl, using a wire whisk, beat eggs until foamy. Beat in sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate mix. In a small bowl, combine flour and spices. Gradually stir dry ingredients into chocolate mixture, blending well. Thoroughly fold in zucchini, walnuts and raisins.
