Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Place all ingredients except perseves in blender. Cover and blend about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Heat preserves over low heat until melted. Spread over pie; cool.
