* Exported from MasterCook * Cherry Breeze Pie Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup Cornflake crumbs 1/3 cup Butter; or margarine -- melted 8 ounces Cream cheese -- softened 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup Reconstituted lemon juice -- (measure accurately) 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 can Cherry pie filling; chilled -- 21-oz can Mix cornflake crumbs and butter thoroughly. Press firmly and evenly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form crust. Chill. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly.
