                           Buttermilk Lemon Pie

   2      cups          Sugar
   3      tablespoons   Flour
     1/4  teaspoon      Nutmeg
     1/2  cup           Butter -- melted
   1      cup           Buttermilk
   3      large         Eggs
   1                    Lemon -- juice and zest
   1                    Unbaked pie crust

Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add melted butter and beat until creamy. 
Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in the milk and lemon.
 Pour into uncooked 9" pie crust.
 Bake at 400F for 10 mins and then at 325F for 30 minutes.
