                           Eagle's Key Lime Pie

   1                    10-inch baked pastry shell
                        crust*
                        Egg yolks
  14      ounces        Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
   8      ounces        ReaLime Lime Juice from -- Concentrate

x  Yellow or green food -coloring; optional x  Whipped cream or topping 
 Preheat oven to 325F. 
 In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk,
 ReaLime brand and food coloring if desired. 
Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 40 minutes. Cool. Chill
. Top with whipped cream or topping.  Garnish as desired.
 Refrigerate leftovers.
