                          Creamy Fresh Peach Pie

                        9 Inch Pie Shell -- unbaked
   4      Cups          Sliced Fresh Peaches -- peeled
     3/4  Cup           Sugar
     1/4  Cup           All-Purpose Flour
     1/4  Teaspoon      Salt
     1/4  Teaspoon      Freshly Grated Nutmeg
   1      Cup           Whipping Cream

    Prepare pie shell and the peaches.  
Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg; add the peaches and toss lightly. 
Turn into pie shell. Pour whipping cream evenly over the top.  
 Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35-45 minutes
 or until firm and golden brown on top.

 Chill for a few hours before serving.
