                             Fluffy Peach Pie

                        Bring to Boil:
   1      Pkg           vanilla pudding
                        not instant/3 oz
   1      Pkg           peach jello 3 oz
   2      Cups          water
   1      Tsp           lemon juice
   8      Ounces        Cool Whip
   2                    Peaches -- Sliced
   1                    Graham Cracker Shell

                                                            
  Let cool until thicked (thicken only till syrupy stage).  
Fold in 1 - 8 oz container cool whip (thawed).  Mix well.   
Add 2-3 thin sliced peaches.  Pour into large graham        
cracker pie shell.  Refrigerate until firm.                 
    Note:  You can use canned peaches but make sure they    
are well drained.  You can also use fresh or frozen whole   
strawberries.  If use strawberries subsitute strawberry
