                            Granny's Peach Pie

   1      cup           sugar
   2      tablespoons   cornstarch
   1 1/2  cups          water
   1      package       peach gelatin
   6                    to 8 peaches.
                        pie crust/baked

     Mix sugar and cornstarch and add water.Cook until thick and clear; add gelatin. 
 Chill until almost set. Place sliced peaches in already made crust, cover with mixture.
 Chill. Serve with whip cream.
