                              Pear Crumb Pie

   6                    Pears -- peeled, cored
     1/4  cup           Sugar
   2      tablespoons   Cornstarch
   1      cup           Raisins
     1/4  teaspoon      Nutmeg
     1/4  teaspoon      Cinnamon
   1                    9" unbaked pie shell
     1/2  cup           Brown sugar -- pack
   1      cup           Flour
                        Whipped cream -- garnish

Put pears or apples in bowl; add sugar, cornstarch, raisins, nutmeg and cinnamon.
 Mix and put in pie shell. Combine brown sugar and flour and sprinkle over pie. 
Bake in preheated 400~ oven for 50 minutes or until fruit is tender.
 Garnish with whipped cream.
