                     Chocolate Chip Bourbon Pecan Pie

   4      large         Eggs -- beaten
   1      cup           Light brown sugar -- packed
   1      cup           Light corn syrup
     1/4  pound         Unsalted butter -- melted
   4      tablespoons   Bourbon
     1/2  teaspoon      Salt
   1 1/2  cups          Pecan pieces
   1      cup           Chocolate chips
  10                    single-crust pastry

In medium bowl, beat together eggs, sugar and corn syrup.
 Add butter, bourbon and salt, beating to incorporate.
 Fold in nuts and chipps.
 Pour into pastry-lined pan.
 Bake in 325~ oven for 45 minutes or until top feels firm. 
Cool before cutting.
