                           Louisiana Pecan Pie

   3                    Eggs -- beaten
   1      cup           Sugar
   1      cup           White corn syrup
   1      teaspoon      Vanilla
     1/2  teaspoon      Salt
   1      teaspoon      Butter or margarine
   3      tablespoons   Self-rising flour
   2 1/2  cups          Pecans -- chop
   2                    8" pie crusts -- brown a few

Combine eggs, sugar, syrup, vanilla, salt, butter, flour and pecans. 
Pour into the crusts. Bake at 350~ for 40 minutes or until center is firm.
