                             Maple Pecan Pie

   1 1/2  cups          Sugar
   2      tablespoons   Flour
   2                    Eggs
   1      cup           Maple Syrup
     1/4  teaspoon      Salt
     1/2  teaspoon      Vanilla
   1      tablespoon    Butter
     1/4  teaspoon      Vinegar
   1      cup           Pecans -- chopped

Mix sugar, flour, salt and cream with butter and eggs. Add other ingred.
and mix well.  Prebake a 9" pie shell at 425 for 5 min.
 Add the filling and reduce heat to 350. Bake until a silver knife comes out clean. 
About 45 min.
